Clients' Feedback

We believe our holidays are the best at giving families the opportunity to appreciate our world - and to appreciate each other! - but don't just take our word for it. We've received some great words of praise and support from our adventure loving customers which they'd like to share with you, so read on...

Hi,

We had our third Family Rambling Adventure holiday this year in Vermenton, France (the previous two holidays being Sauze d'Oulx (Italy) and Marrakech last year). All three holidays have been absolutely fantastic - but each very different - and we are already eagerly looking forward to next year's holiday.

We had hoped that the 2010 brochure would include an alpine holiday but unfortunately it didn't (although we loved Vermenton) and we are wondering if we could either influence your 2011 brochure planning or alternatively if you could "tailor-make" an alpine holiday for us? On the previous holidays (excepting Morocco where our family formed just three of the total group) our party comprised five drawn from two families but next year we anticipate that there will be at least eight in our party (we have been telling everyone we know how great these holidays are!). Al and Jayne have led all of the holidays we have been on and have told us about the Swiss holiday that you ran in Kloisters in 2009 and we thought that would be ideal if it would be possible for you to run family holidays there again? I suppose we are really looking for the type of experience we had in Sauze d'Oulx where we loved the scenery, walking, cycling and everything else! The group would comprise four adults, two 12 year old boys, a 14 year old girl and a 15 year old girl (the girls in particular are very fit as both row competitively - one at national level). We would ideally want to go in the school summer holidays rather than a half term week but 29 July to 5 August are already booked up.

The icing on the cake would be if Al and Jayne were able to be the leaders!

Hi Ramblers Family Adventures

We went on your family 'fun, hiking & a volcano' holiday on August 9th and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The organisation, the area and the activities were absolutely fantastic and we certainly will and already have recommended it to our friends. I hope that you continue with the family holidays as we are really looking forward to seeing the destinations on offer for next year.

I have attached a few photo's for you just incase you might like them for you brochure. Once again thank you for organising such a fantastic holiday.

Regards
S. K.

Last years Ramblers Family Adventures was without doubt, the best holiday we have been on as a family. The programme of activities, excursions and free time suited us. The guide (Angela) was quite exceptional and looked after us really well. We climbed mountains, went on local boats, trains and buses and saw a different side of a common tourist destination. And of course, we walked, which was brilliant. Our children can and do walk regularly and so many holidays assume kids can't keep up - they can. The hotel was extremely friendly the food was plentiful and delicious. We tried to book on Greek Myths this October half term but it was full already!

We would love to see more Ramblers Family Adventures like the Sorrento one - in this price range. Europe is fine for a treat - we would love to explore the Everglades - the adult holiday there looks fantastic.

We are absolutely hooked on RFA. Al & Jayne are absolutely brilliant. Excellent company; always careful to ensure they spread themselves around the group; great with the children; enthusiastic etc etc etc
