Ramblers Family Walking Adventure holidays are led by qualified, professional, experienced leaders.
Each holiday - in Europe, UK or Oman - is accompanied by a Ramblers Family Walking Adventures' leader who is qualified in first aid, familiar with the local language and with knowledge about that particular destination. They will have received training by us and will hold a walking leadership qualification. They will also undertake all the local administration and organisation in planning and leading your itinerary, helping you to get the most out of your guided family walking adventure holiday. On most holidays, the tour leader takes one rest day a week, allowing you a free day too!
Friendly and passionate about walking, they are there to answer any questions and help with any problems you have during your holiday. You can rest assured they are the perfect people to help you and your family get the most out of your trip!

Sarah divides her time with us between Spain and Latin America. She speaks fluent Spanish, has a great sense of humour, and loves leading family groups. Her relaxed manner wins her friends wherever she goes.

Steve is a happy and lively soul with boundless energy. He has the rare gift of getting on with everyone he meets. He’s one of our most widely travelled leaders and you can guarantee a lot of fun on any tour that Steve is leading.
